What happens in case something goes wrong before or during the trip?

As bSTOKED is a peer-to-peer market place, the first person to contact in case of issues is always the host of the offer you’ve booked. In case you can’t find a satisfying solution together with him, please contact us via our Contact page. We’ll then see if we can help to get the issue solved.
