The north of Brazil is famous for its great wind conditions! We promise you sun, endless beaches, and lots of windy days! We are located in Taiba where you'll find a big variety of different kitesurfing spots. The Secret Spot is great for beginners and advanced kitesurfers alike. A combination of flat water in the beginning with little waves that break much more behind gives you the perfect spot do practise tricks and have fun in the waves. Another great spot is the Taiba lagoon with its shallow flat water. It's a great place to practise your skills and watch the world champions practicing their crazy moves! There many more spots where you'll have bigger waves, so if you enjoy wave kiting, you will definitely love it here! The wind is side-onshore, which is perfect for downwind trips on the endless beaches.

The Destination

Taiba is a nice calm fisher village with a lot of Brazilian spirit. Downtown Taiba offers many different restaurants, some supermarkets, small shops and ATM machines (which work most of the time). The food is delicious, the people are open and friendly, and Taiba makes you feel comfortable and safe! We love the small restaurants where you can have freshly made açai with amazing fruit toppings for lunch and we are definitely big fans of Taiba's reggae parties! In case of need or emergencies, Taiba has good and modern pharmacies and the nearest hospital is 30' away.

The Experience

Enjoy your kite holidays in a fun, exciting but familiar atmosphere with steady wind (really every day!), several kilometres of beautiful white sandy beaches, nice wave spots and great flat water spots and sunshine all day long... And as a plus the famous chilled Brazilian lifestyle!

Enjoy the Brazilian nightlife in the nearby town Fortazela or explore the hippy town of Jericoacoara. Depending on your level, several downwinders are possible in one day, with dune buggy support as well as day trips to nearby kiting locations.

Visit Fortazela

Fortaleza is one of our favourite destinations. We go with our personal shuttle directly to Fortaleza's beach promenade where the Brazilian nightlife starts at sundown.. In the Brazilian market you can find great souvenirs for yourself and your friends. After some shopping, we mostly go to a typical Brazilian restaurant and have „Rodizio“ which is slowly grilled meat with a big buffet.. very tasty! If you still have enough energy to party you can stay up late to discover the party life of Fortleza!

Visit Paracuru

Paracuru is not far from Taiba and is very easy to reach with a beach buggy or with a downwind trip. It's a nice place to have a siesta with great food and drinks.

Visit the hippie village Jericoacoara

We highly recommend the overnight trip to the hippie ¬village of Jericoacoara! The spectacular drive through sand dunes and a national park brings you to the cheery, multi¬cultural place Jericoacoara (Jeri). A place where streets are paved with sand and where the beaches are as long as you can see. Jeri offers you perfect turquoise blue water during the day and a vibrant nightlife in the evening. Some of the best things to do are to enjoy a Caipi on top of the dunes and to see the sunset. In the evening you'll find the Caipi street with all the different types of caipirinha (Brazil's national cocktail). It's a must¬!
