The season starts mid-November and ends mid-April. During that season you have at least 60% windy days, December until February daily wind is almost guaranteed (>80%). The wind is usually quite strong, especially in Bahia Salinas (typically 25 - 30 knts) and often gusty (particularly at Lake Arenal).
