Macapa Beach is an absolute Kitesurfing paradise offering huge flat water lagoons which work at all tides. Constant trade Winds around 22-24 Knots making this spot Wind safe from July to January. Peaking a few times per Month up to 35Knots making every Kitesurfing soul happy. We usually have lighter winds in the morning and much stronger in the afternoon. Water temperature is around 27° so there´s no wetsuit needed. The Famous Mangrove spot deviding Macapa from Barra Grande is a must see while exploring the huge spot. Kite sizes range from 6m -> 12m, I always suggest to bring everything you´ve got to be able to kite at any conditions! We do offer Kite lessons for beginners & also rent equipment. We also organize Big air and strapless clinics.

The Destination

We are located in a small fisherman village in the northeast of Brazil. Its a growing kitesurfing community and its super safe! Locals are very friendly and helpfull. Lots of local kids are involved in a Kitesurfing project where they are able to learn, teach and progress. In the village you´ll find lots of little local supermarkets & Restaurants. We help with transport, Car rental, downwinders etc

The Experience

We offer a Kitesurfing Villa with pool up to 11 guest, great atmosphere and vibe for groups. Also 4 private Cabins with AC, Minibar, hot water shower. Our Restaurant & Bar is highly rated on google, we organize sometimes Dj or Life music. We also have an excellent Massage therapist, offer Yoga classes and have a small Gym on side. Our garden is lush and great for relaxing or washing your gear. We organize Downwinders, Kitetrips & kitesurf progression clinics Wind Season july --> January

Accommodation

We recommend our 4 bedroom Villa with pool for Kite groups and friends. You will have great atmosphere and vibe. In the evening you can come down to our busy Restaurant & bar where you will find lots of other Kitesurfers for drinks & food. We offer high quality accomodation with super comfortable beds and all rooms have ais conditioner. Our 4 Cabins/chales have lots of privacy and are super cosy, perfect for couples (kids) or solo travelers. As they have several beds they can also be shared by guys travelling toghter wanting to share cost. We could host a max of 25 guest The property has 5.000 sqm with a lush garden, lots of grass and palmtrees. You will find lots of hammocks and space to relax.

Hi Guys I am Boris from germany. Worked over a decade as a chef in Restaurant & on private yachts. I love Kitesurfing, going to the gym & lots of other sports. Brazil feels like home since 2018 but still keep travelling as much as possible. 3 Reasons why living in Brazil: so simple, agua de coco, Acai, always windy During season you`ll find my mainly in the Restaurant kitchen.

Tell us more about what brought you to the path that you're on, the "why" behind your business and your offering(s), what excites you most about the work that you do, etc...?

I love hosting and meeting new people from all over the world. My background in hospitality and beeing an outdoor guy pathed the way of building my dream independent life away from buzzling cities. Searching for a place with great wind and sack full of oportunities I found Praia de macapa. Here I am in the Staat Piaui in the northeast of Brazil. Wild, amazing & far away from everything. Started building the Main House in 2018, the Restaurant in 2019, the 4 chales in 2021, Garage with gym and Beach tennis 2022. to be continued
