The choice of kite spot is yours with the option of boat supervised downwinders to 13 different islands nearby. Winds average from 18-27 knots and the water temperature is warm- no need to bring your wetsuit.
Combining yoga and kitesurfing you will get the benefits of stretching and strengthening your muscles to prepare them for kitesurfing. Stefan, your yoga instructor, has been teaching yoga internationally in various studios, countries and beaches. Each day will start with Meditation and Pranayama breathing exercises followed by Vinyasa Flow Yoga. During the day you will learn kiteboarding and experience this beautiful island from a different perspective. In the evening we will calm the mind and relax the body through guided asanas and relaxation.
The experience is far from the party crowd in Borocay and provides a relaxing, rejuvenating holiday surrounded by white, sandy beaches, palm trees, turquoise waters and evening campfires under the stars. This retreat is suitable for yoga and kitesurfing Newbies, as well as for more advanced practitioners.
Yoga classes are twice per day with professional yoga teachers. We offer sunrise meditation and Pranayama at the beach for all early birds!

Explore the trails hiking or trail running. You will discover Mangyan villages, rice fields and some beautiful waterfalls. Take a cooking class to learn about typical Philippino specialities as well as about the local herbs and fruit. Get a team together for a game of beach volleyball or explore the lagoons on an SUP. End the day with a professional massage to relieve muscle aches after a long day of physical activity.
